As a member of the Network Rapid Response Team at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., your endless curiosity about technology will help propel innovation and your career. Working in a team of highly motivated individuals, you will be accountable for various aspects including incident, problem, and change management, internal and external communications, lifecycle management, and product evolution. You will create innovative solutions that are part of large-scale infrastructure solutions supporting critical businesses. Key Responsibilities: - Accountable for incident, problem, change management, risk, vendor and client relationship, internal and external communications, service delivery, lifecycle management, and service evolution - Execute day-to-day duties of your function and define and drive MIS requirements to support and improve business processes - Act as the primary customer interface for day-to-day issues and queries - Demonstrate leadership skills, emerging in management roles such as Team Leader or Subject Matter Expert - Responsible for coaching, mentoring less experienced team members, and overall team management - Develop organizational functional goals, priorities, and service objectives aligning with the overall Global Technology strategy - Ability to create original documentation and update existing - Act independently, leveraging critical thinking - Advocate for the customer base when faced with Infrastructure or Business Critical issues Qualifications Required: - BE/BS degree or equivalent with 3 to 7+ years of experience in Network Operation - Expertise in one or multiple Network Technologies: Routing & Switching (LAN, WAN, MAN), IP Services (Load Balancing, Bluecoat Proxies, Firewalls), Datacenter Technologies (Nexus, ASR, VXLAN, Cisco ACI/SIMPL, Arista Fabric), Optical (Ciena) - Experience working in a banking, exchange, or technology environment within a global organization - Understand Network infrastructure components and how they are tracked and managed in various systems - Ability to use scripting languages such as Python, Ansible, etc. - Experience in Protocol Analyzers (Cpacket, BigSwtich, Wireshark, Riverbed) - Experience in capacity/monitoring management tools (Splunk, SevOne, ThousandEyes) - Strong communication skills - written and verbal - Must be flexible, hands-on, able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, client-focused, and collaborative environment If you're looking to build your career as part of a global technology team tackling significant challenges that impact the lives of people and companies worldwide, J.P.
