About the role
As an Analytics Solutions Manager within the Data and Analytics team at our firm, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of analytics and solution architecture. You will have the opportunity to design and implement innovative analytics solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise standards. Collaboration with diverse teams to deliver scalable data products and drive impactful business outcomes will be a key aspect of your role. - Lead the design and implementation of analytics solutions aligned with business objectives - Develop comprehensive solution architectures integrating multiple systems and technologies - Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and industry best practices - Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including solution diagrams and technical specifications - Plan and execute analytical projects, managing team and stakeholder meetings - Establish a design thinking discipline to deliver scalable data products - Identify new project opportunities and evaluate AI-based tools for strategic adoption Qualifications Required: - Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field - Five years of experience in solution architecture, systems design, or related technical roles in large-scale enterprise environments - Demonstrated expertise in design thinking, including workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement - Proven experience building scalable data and analytics platforms - Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and integration patterns Preferred Qualifications: - Masters degree in a related field and experience with microservices, APIs, and distributed systems - Familiarity with security, compliance, and data privacy standards - In-depth knowledge of analytics technologies, data engineering, and visualization tools - Experience collaborating with global teams and managing projects in a matrixed organization As an Analytics Solutions Manager within the Data and Analytics team at our firm, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of analytics and solution architecture.
