You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Sigma product. You have found the right team. As a Product Owner in the AM operations team, you will be focused on Sigma product adoption and responsible for product delivery along with integration across various systems and tools. Job responsibilities: - Design and deliver Sigma exception management and oversight solutions for stakeholders. - Build and maintain the book of work for aligned stakeholders, prioritizing initiatives and tracking progress. - Review stakeholder processes in partnership with aligned teams and propose automation solutions. - Communicate effectively with project team members and sponsors throughout the lifecycle, providing status updates, gaps/risks, roadblocks, and testing outcomes. - Apply critical thinking and perform advanced analytics to solve complex, multi-faceted business problems. - Contribute new ideas and perspectives to foster a continuous learning mindset across the organization. - Build reusable capabilities by identifying needs, using creative design to solve problems, and educating and training team members. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline. - 5 years of experience in conducting advanced data analysis, working with large data sets, and crunching numbers. - Ability to build relationships and leverage subject matter expertise to drive conversations and/or influence decisions/direction with Business and Technology areas. - Proven experience leveraging job automation applications and environments. - Strong PowerPoint and Data Visualization skills - we will require you to demonstrate proven experience. - In touch with the latest financial technologies and willingness to constantly upgrade skills. - Understanding and experience of AI/ML tools. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Working knowledge of Python, API Connectivity. - Good Product Management. - Working knowledge of Spectrum/Alteryx/Tableau/SQL/Understanding of programming languages/PMP.
