Responsibilities: - Oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to testing and deployment, ensuring seamless integration and execution. - Utilize agile frameworks to write business requirements as user stories, enhancing data, reporting automation, and digital analytics toolsets. - Collaborate with development teams to translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring acceptance criteria are met. - Drive adherence to product and Release Management standards and operating models. - Identify and implement solutions for business process improvements, creating supporting documentation and enhancing end-user experience. - Manage the release plan, including scope, milestones, sourcing requirements, test strategy, execution, and stakeholder activities. - Partner with lines of business to understand products, data capture methods, and strategic data sourcing into a cloud-based big data architecture. - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and successful delivery of initiatives.
