Description Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Business Analysis team to partner with the Business. As a Business Analysis Associate within Collections Recovery and Auto Operations you will scan shared environments to identify and analyze PI risk compile and analyze scan-related data and produce monthly scan reports that feed into established scorecards. You will collaborate across teams to deliver solutions that enhance access controls and support business-wide strategies. Job Responsibilities Scan shared environments to identify and analyze PI risk using Alteryx and Compile and analyze scan-related data Produce monthly scan reports and feed data to established scorecardsProvide business data and analytics support including ad hoc analysisDetermine all access needs by job family across our organization and translate access information into understandable language and determine existing systemic access controlsDevelop effective working relationships with Business PartnersIdentify analyze and report key risk indicators and conduct reviews to enhance effectiveness of access controlsManage semi-annual access recertification processTake responsibility for the quality of work submitted and ensure that the highest standards are maintained including timely progress updates and escalation protocolProduce audit information and evidence as required and Lead stakeholders to define requirements and timelines for projectsLiaise between cross-functional teams to streamline processes Participate in internal and external audits exams and risk control initiatives Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills Minimum 2 years of experience with business intelligence ETL analytic and data wrangling tools including AlteryxAdvanced knowledge of InfoPath Designer and designing SharePoint sites.Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and clearly articulate complex ideas and possess creativity Demonstrated conflict resolution and influencing skillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredFluency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word Outlook PowerPoint Excel Access Visio) Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills Bachelors degree preferredCollections experience or Access Management strongly preferredExperience in pre and post charge-off collectionsWorking knowledge of Power AppsProject management leadership and presentation skills Ability to utilize Collections business systems for audit informationControl management process management and risk mitigation experience Required Experience: IC Employment Type : Full-Time Department / Functional Area: Operations Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Description Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Business Analysis team to partner with the Business.
