Role Overview: As an Associate in CCBSI Data, Dashboarding, and Analytics team at J.P. Morgan in India, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering highly quantitative and qualitative reports and analytics tools that support bankers, sales, and senior management. Your primary responsibility will be to own and manage end-to-end Executive Reporting, drive sales reporting, and support ad-hoc analyses. Additionally, you will work on high-impact initiatives to improve profitability and efficiency within the business. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage end-to-end Executive Reporting, including storyboarding, identifying key report metrics, data aggregation/trend analysis, and presenting recommendations to C-Suite management. - Support ad-hoc analyses, propose data management solutions, and lead process improvement initiatives for Finance, Business Management Associates using data visualization tools. - Work on sales analytics by analyzing large sets of data to drive business insights that guide sales actions and result in improved business outcomes. - Become subject matter expert for key CCBSI metrics and data elements by collaborating with data domain partners to form a comprehensive view of data availability. - Continuously look for opportunities to enhance BAU reporting deliverables using digital tools, process re-engineering skills, innovation, and automation. - Engage in Stakeholder Management across regions/teams by sharing best practices, leveraging common tools and processes, and partnering with cross LOB teams and other COEs. Qualifications: - 6-7 years of relevant work experience in business intelligence delivery & reporting, analytics, process improvements, project management, and/or management consulting. - Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related Master's Degree is a plus. - Proven ability to perform business analysis, lead end-to-end projects, and demonstrate strong leadership and presentation skills. - Hands-on experience with modern business intelligence tools such as Qlik, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI; Exposure to Salesforce and Einstein analytics is a plus. - Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, exposure to SQL, Python, R, and familiarity with internal JPMC data systems is advantageous.
