About the role
As an Associate in the APAC CCOR Automation Team at JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic objectives and managing CCOR in a global financial institution. You will engage with senior stakeholders and take responsibility for key automation initiatives to support the innovation agenda. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in strategic project management, data analysis, and innovation agenda roll-out to meet business needs. - Project manage automation initiatives by coordinating efforts across teams, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Identify opportunities for process changes, system enhancements, efficiency tools, and automation. - Lead and govern the Innovation and Automation agenda, including exploring AI integration and new technology adoption. Qualifications Required: - Thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, and meet deadlines consistently. - Possess a strong compliance mindset, risk awareness, and the ability to drive well-controlled outcomes. - Transparent and concise communicator with strong stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical skills with experience in working with large datasets and synthesizing insights. - Intellectually curious with a growth mindset, willing to challenge the status quo and continuously improve processes. - Experience delivering workflow/automation solutions using tools like Python, Alteryx, UiPath, etc. - Minimum 5 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, or related fields. - Exceptional project management abilities with a focus on planning, communication, and timely execution. - Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and workflow/automation solutions using SQL, Python, VBA, Alteryx, UiPath, etc. - Ability to develop specialized skillsets for in-depth analysis. - Previous experience in a regional role engaging across APAC markets and time zones.
