About the role
As a Data Visualization Analyst within the Commercial & Investment Banking team at JPMorgan Chase, you play a crucial role in optimizing business performance through key initiatives and data & management reporting. Your responsibilities include: - Managing a high-volume and high-complexity reporting and dashboarding book of work, utilizing rigorous project management discipline. - Partnering with senior leaders to advance the business analysis and reporting agenda, focusing on insights delivery in operational efficiency, cost modeling, capacity planning, and quality enhancements. - Developing a deep understanding of systems and processes to extract insights from existing data and recommending IT enhancements for improved data quality. - Establishing strong partnerships with IT application owners and data management teams to align on a roadmap for continual improvement and providing support for ongoing projects. You are expected to have hands-on experience with: - Programming languages: SQL - Data visualization tool: Tableau (Good to have) - Ability to understand business problems/processes and design data-rooted solutions/methodologies - Designing and executing repeatable and scalable data solutions (extraction/mining/modeling/visualization) - Familiarity with AWS Redshift, Service Now, Jira, and MS Office Ideally, you should have around 3 years of experience, preferably in financial services, and hold a Graduate/Post Graduate degree with Computer/Finance/Statistics as core areas. The shift timing for this role is EMEA (1pm to 10pm) with the location being JPMorgan Chase.
