About the role
In this role as a Data Analytics Digital Associate in the Digital Analytics Team, you will be responsible for delivering customer insights to digital product teams, implementing Adobe Analytics/Tableau dashboards, and conducting A/B testing to enhance the customer experience. You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions and groups, manage multiple projects, and provide insights/reporting for exciting digital features. This position also offers opportunities to contribute thought-leadership and gain exposure to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Lead analytics for a product area, supporting multiple digital product stakeholders hungry for analytics and insights - Create OKRs, monitor performance of digital mobile/web features, build hypothesis, conduct A/B testing, and identify opportunities for new features - Deliver projects ranging from simple trend analysis to cross-channel journey analysis to prescriptive analytics, involving data mining, business judgment, and collaboration to enhance the customer experience - Manage all phases of the analytics lifecycle, including documenting data lineage, scoping analysis, data development, hypothesis development, data analysis, generating insights, and presenting findings - Analyze customer interactions and events across various channels to gain insights into customer journeys and friction points - Collaborate closely with data management teams, strategy teams, and other analytics resources across multiple functional teams Qualifications Required: - 4 years of industry experience in a data product/analytics field with a Bachelors degree - Strategic thinker with the ability to focus on business goals, define and deconstruct problems leveraging strong analytical and end-to-end problem-solving skills - Operational business knowledge of processes, data, controls, and technology platforms - Strong SQL skills for data retrieval using multiple joins, sub-queries, and advanced functions in an enterprise scale database environment and/or Hadoop environment - Foundational to advanced skills in tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, SQL workbench - Expertise in business intelligence, data visualization and presentation, and data wrangling tools like Alteryx, SAS, or Python - Basic skills in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Note: The additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.)
