You will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of lending processes, digital technologies, and agile methodologies to promote innovation and improve business outcomes. Responsibilities: - Define and communicate the vision and strategy for digital transformation projects within wholesale lending and Align digital initiatives with the organization's overall goals and objectives, focusing on improving lending processes and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with business leaders, lending teams, IT departments, and external partners to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives. - Ensure alignment with business needs and manage stakeholder expectations, particularly in the context of lending operations. - Create and manage the product backlog, prioritizing items based on business value, regulatory requirements, and strategic importance. - Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of digital solutions that enhance lending operations. - Utilize agile methodologies to manage the development and delivery process, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to changing business needs. - Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Focus on enhancing the user experience for both internal teams and external clients by incorporating feedback and insights into the design and development process and Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and efficient digital experiences for lending platforms. - .
