About the role
Role Overview: As a Low Code Developer - Team Leader in the Operations team, your role will involve transforming raw data into innovative solutions by collaborating with stakeholders and mastering low-code environments. You will be responsible for conducting intelligence automation and business analysis to gather requirements, translating them into process improvements, and implementing automation and digitization strategies to enhance operational efficiencies. Key Responsibilities: - Research, gather, and prepare information for analysis and reporting. - Contribute to and support projects and initiatives with key stakeholders. - Execute basic solution design and development, troubleshoot technical aspects. - Collect, analyze, and monitor low-code/no-code automation in test and production environments while adhering to the firm's standards and controls. - Utilize, support, and administer tools for automation. Qualifications Required: - At least 3 years of experience with a proven ability to gather/analyze complex operational processes and data to develop accurate conclusions, with sufficient comprehension of the business to understand risk implications. - Basic to Intermediate knowledge of AI/ML. - Intermediate knowledge of Python. Additional Details: The company prefers candidates with the following qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Understanding of basic software development principles. - Basic knowledge of intelligence automation applications and other coding languages such as UiPath and PEGA. - Beginner-level skills with an understanding of business analysis, development, testing, and deployment. - Bachelor's degree.
