As a Product Manager in consumer and community banking, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Job responsibilities Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapIdentifies customer needs and pain points through research and feedback, translating insights into business cases for new featuresActs as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding platform capabilities and roadmapResolves stakeholder issues by providing timely support and ensuring effective communicationTranslates business requirements into clear product specifications and user storiesOversees the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimizationEnsures the platform meets security, compliance, and reliability standardsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaStrong understanding of streaming data technologies such as Apache Kafka, Flink, Trino, Clickhouse Spark Streaming, AWS Kinesis, or Azure Event HubsExperience with cloud platforms, including AWS, and modern data architecturesExperience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organizationAbility to translate technical concepts into business value and vice versaStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activitiesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationExperience in working with real-time analyticsProficient knowledge of product development in streaming and real-time platformsExperience in product or platform-wide release management and deployment strategiesStrong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processesExposure to cloud technologies .
