Product Director - Rewards Experience

As an Executive Director Product Manager at our company, you will be joining the Chase Rewards team with a focus on enhancing the redemption product area. Your role will involve understanding customer needs and leveraging data intelligence to improve products and personalize user experiences. You will play a crucial part in defining the strategic vision for product modernization and implementing transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and other stakeholders to define the vision and roadmap for a suite of redemption products - Stay informed about user experience insights, competitive analysis, and market trends to provide valuable input for the product backlog - Integrate data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, and market analysis to prioritize product initiatives - Provide clear documentation including vision, scope, use cases, workflows, design requirements, and more to support technical development - Partner with development and design teams to prioritize backlog, monitor progress, and address key issues - Conduct product reviews, strategy sessions, and leadership meetings to update on roadmap progress and key initiatives - Manage internal risk and compliance reviews for product launches - Drive best practices for product management, optimizing collaboration models, agile practices, and end-to-end processes - Foster a culture of ownership, risk-taking, diversity, and inclusion within the team - Develop the next generation of product leaders by hiring and retaining top talent Qualifications Required: - Seasoned manager with a track record of creating inclusive environments and building productive teams - Proven experience in managing end-to-end product development lifecycle for large-scale initiatives using agile practices - Structured, analytical thinker with strong communication skills - Comfortable interacting and presenting to all levels of management - Strong influencing, partnership, and collaboration skills - Ability to manage tight timelines and remain composed under pressure - Positive, team-oriented attitude and leadership skills - Experience in credit cards/consumer lending would be beneficial This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who is passionate about designing seamless products, influencing cross-functional teams, and driving strategic product modernization.
