Quant Analytics Associate Senior Collections & Communications Strategy

As a Quant Analytics Associate Senior in the Card Collections Analytics team, you will have an exciting opportunity to advance your analytics career and make a real impact on the business. Key Responsibilities: - Perform quantitative analysis using SQL and Alteryx to evaluate collections strategies and product features - Identify opportunities to enhance strategy segmentation and translate analytics insights into actionable recommendations - Analyze customer behavior across collections channels to inform timely outreach - Build business cases, design tests, and analyze pilot program performance - Conduct reporting to assess communication effectiveness across calls, emails, and mobile notifications - Lead development and reporting of operations performance metrics and KPIs - Create self-serve tools to provide real-time information to decision-makers Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data or Information Science, or related field with eight years of professional experience - Experience working with large, complex datasets and strong database skills - Proficient in writing, optimizing, and tuning complex SQL scripts - Hands-on experience with at least three of SQL, Python, SAS, Tableau, Alteryx - Proven ability to deliver analytics solutions under strict timelines - Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings succinctly to stakeholders - Ability to engage both technical and non-technical partners effectively The company prefers candidates with experience in financial services or consulting supporting financial firms, familiarity with collections analytics, risk strategy, or cross-channel communications strategy, exposure to big data disciplines, AWS, and Agile methodologies, as well as experience with operations workflow or agent desktop/user interface.
