About the role
DART (Data, Analytics and Reporting Team) is the central MIS group for all functions in the CCB Operations, operating globally with a presence in the US, India & Philippines. As a Quant Analytics Associate Sr, you will be part of the DART MIS setup, collaborating with various stakeholders and management levels to provide optimal MIS solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Support day-to-day operations/tasks related to a functional area or business partner - Ensure projects are completed as per established timelines - Participate in cross-functional teams as a subject matter expert from MIS - Assemble data, build reports/dashboards, and provide input on out-of-the-box solutions - Identify risks, opportunities, and potential solutions to unlock value Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 8 years of professional experience in relevant MIS/Technology roles - Knowledge of business operations & procedures and ability to connect with business fundamentals - First-hand experience in sourcing, integrating, and providing usable information for reporting or analysis from multiple data sources - Proficiency in reporting and data analysis development with a focus on meeting deadlines - Experience with call center technology data (Avaya CMS, IVR, Aspect, eWFM) is desired - Familiarity with Fraud Operations, CTO Operations, and other CCB LOB's is advantageous - Strong SQL Knowledge (PL/SQL, T/SQL, PostgreSQL or similar) is required - Creating and deploying reports with BI tools (e.g., SSRS, Tableau, Microstrategy, Qlikview) is a must - Sourcing and compiling data from a tool with ETL capabilities (e.g., SSIS, Alteryx, Trifacta, Abinitio, R, SAS) is necessary - Knowledge of R/Python, Anaconda, HIVEQL is preferred for this role.
