About the role
As a Quant Analytics Manager within the Data and Analytics Automation COE team, you will lead the delivery of automated solutions that simplify reporting and enhance analytics. You will work with a team of data architects, developers, and automation experts to drive impactful projects. - Create and manage AGILE project management practices using JIRA and Kanban boards. - Manage stakeholder relationships and build project pipelines for COE delivery. - Design and execute MIS reporting for COE utilization and contributions. - Conduct landscape assessment studies and define target states in collaboration with data architects. - Lead project timeline estimation and address blockers for timely delivery. - Develop executive-level decks for finance updates, executive updates, and knowledge sharing forums. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - 12 years of experience in project/program management, with 3 years in Big Data projects. - Expertise in AGILE practices and tailoring project delivery mechanisms. - Hands-on experience with AGILE tools. - Excellent communication skills for writing decks and presenting to senior management. - Strong leadership skills to remove roadblocks and focus on delivery. - Basic understanding of Big Data architecture. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Basic knowledge of SQL/Tableau.
