Job Description You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving data and infrastructure change that improves reporting quality and decision-making. You have found the right team. As a Data Product Owner in our data and infrastructure change management team, you will spend each day planning, executing, and tracking large-scale change events to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely delivery. You will be responsible for partnering closely with stakeholders and technology teams across the firm to coordinate workstreams, monitor progress, manage dependencies, and resolve issues that impact delivery. Our Data Product Owner teams are responsible for a wide range of activities including project planning and governance, execution tracking and milestone management, stakeholder alignment and communications, coordination across technology and business teams, and data-driven monitoring and analysis to ensure on-time, accurate delivery outcomes. Job Responsibilities Collect and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders Facilitate User Acceptance Testing cycles by partnering with key stakeholders to validate business requirements and ensure quality deliverables Articulate product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives. Organize, schedule, coordinate, and control project activities and resources. Provide training and support to users, helping them understand the data product. Identify issues and risks, define mitigation strategies, and manage risk communication or escalation processes. Gather user feedback on the product to enhance functionality and user experience. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in product, financial services, technology, project management, or other relevant fields. Ability to quickly learn and assimilate business and technical knowledge Strong data analysis and visualization skillsets Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) for engaging with business and technical stakeholders and management. Experience working on projects that involve interaction with various stakeholders and technology within a financial domain. Strong partnership skills and experience influencing key stakeholders. Ability to perform in highpressure, fastpaced environments. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills SQL/querying knowledge a plus Agile project management experience, including proficiency in agile project management tools (i.e., JIRA, Confluence, Lucid etc.) Knowledge of JIRA, SQL, Microsoft suite of applications, Databricks and data visualization/analytical tools (Tableau, Alteryx, Python) is a plus Experience with crossfunctional team collaboration Ability to streamline workflows and improve project efficiency We recognize that our people are our strength and the diverse talents they bring to our global workforce are directly linked to our success.
