As a Solutions Analyst II in Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Technology team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical and analytical reasoning skills. Youll elicit and document business and data flow requirements, translating them into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. Your adaptability and ability to lead through change will be crucial in ambiguous situations and in effectively handling dependencies. Your strong foundation in data analytics will be instrumental in developing innovative architecture designs and operating systems. Job responsibilities Contribute to data-driven decision-making by extracting insights from large, diverse data sets and applying data analytics techniques Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide input on architecture designs and operating systems, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technical solutions Assist in managing project dependencies and change control by demonstrating adaptability and leading through change in a fast-paced environment Promote continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and applying knowledge of principles and practices within the Solutions Analysis field Guide the work of others, ensuring timely completion and adherence to established principles and practices Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate requirements synthesis, dependency/change impact analysis, and solution documentation, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements Proven ability to lead requirements elicitation with business users/SMEs and produce clear, testable documentation (BRD/FRD as applicable, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specs) Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, with a focus on eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements Experience in data visualization and analytics, including understanding of vendor products and managing vendor relations Strong written communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively translate complex information for diverse stakeholder audiences Experience supporting testing phases (SIT/UAT), including scenario definition, validation against acceptance criteria, and defect triage. Strong understanding of systems integration concepts (APIs, eventing, batch vs real-time) and end-to-end data flows Working knowledge of using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support solutions analysis workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity Ability to review and validate AI-assisted summaries and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations Provide functional support throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements/functional specs to reviewing SIT and UAT test cases, and supporting all the testing phases Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum ways of working and experience using JIRA/Azure DevOps/Confluence (or equivalent) Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Payments and/or Trade Finance domain experience (operations workflows, exceptions/repairs/investigations, controls-aware processes) is plus Assist in producing documentation (SOPs, user guides, runbooks) and supporting training/rollout Understating of programing languages like Java, Python will be added advantage Experience Level Mid LevelIt is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.More about this Solutions Analyst jobPlease go through the FAQs to get all answers related to the given Solutions Analyst jobWhat qualifications and experience are required for this Solutions Analyst position Ans : Candidates should have All Education levels with 2-7 years of experience.
