As a Technology Support III team member in Merchant Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production application flows. Your efforts in troubleshooting, maintaining, identifying, escalating, and resolving production service interruptions for all internally and externally developed systems support a seamless user experience and a culture of continuous improvement.
Job responsibilities
Analyze and troubleshoot production application flows to ensure end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery supporting the business operations of the firm
Monitor production environments for anomalies and address issues utilizing standard observability tools
Assist in the escalation and communication of issues and solutions to the business and technology stakeholders
Improve operational stability and availability through participation in incident and change management
Identify trends and assist in the management of incidents, problems, and changes in support of full stack technology systems, applications, or infrastructure
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related disciplines
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
Proficiency and hands-on expertise with systems such as Stratus and/or Tandem is required
Proficiency with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Hands-on experience with batch scheduling tools (e.g., Autosys, Control-M).
Hands-on experience in monitoring tools (e.g., Geneos, Netcool) and log analytics tools (e.g., Splunk, OpenSearch) is required.
Hands-on experience with databases such as SQL or Oracle (or comparable RDBMS).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud
Experience in observability and monitoring tools and techniques
Exposure to processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting (Unix/Linux and/Python)

Ability to multitask in fast‑paced environments; end‑customer handling

Knowledge or experience in retail payments (cards, loans, digital, e-commerce)
