Testing Analyst Team Lead

As a Testing Analyst Team Lead in our dynamic team at JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding test requirements and articulating them clearly to various teams - Managing test management functions such as defect management, reporting, project planning, and time frame estimation - Maintaining documentation according to best practices within the team - Identifying defects and tracking them to closure, monitoring testing progress, and ensuring deadlines are met - Assisting with business process design to capture the impact of technology on current processes - Managing program-level timelines and engaging with stakeholders regularly - Contributing to business analysis if required by the program - Proactively communicating project status, issues, dependencies, and risks to management and stakeholders - Assessing project issues and risks, identifying solutions to meet objectives, and using project management tools effectively To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - 3+ years of experience in a relevant field - Bachelor's degree or above - Strong project management and test planning skills - Ability to analyze and solve problems logically - Effective communication skills at all levels - Stakeholder management skills, including Product, Operations, PMO, QA, and UAT leads - Proficiency in PC and analytical skills, including MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and automation tools - Experience in writing automated tests and familiarity with defect and data-management tools - Advanced knowledge of software lifecycles and test automation strategies - Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals Join our team at JPMorganChase and be part of an organization that values diversity, inclusion, and the unique contributions of each employee.
