Testing Associate

As an Automation Test member within the Testing Team at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you play a crucial role in strategizing and leading manual and automation testing efforts across multiple projects. Working alongside a team of 5-10 members and cross-functional stakeholders, your primary objective is to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency in testing processes. By building and maintaining automation capabilities across UI and API testing, you contribute to scalable and repeatable quality assurance practices. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize and drive manual and automation testing execution across projects. - Perform end-to-end testing encompassing functional, regression, and UAT cycles. - Document UAT test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts with clear traceability. - Develop and maintain an automation suite using Selenium, Java, and Cucumber. - Execute API automation testing utilizing tools like Postman, SoapUI, or REST API utilities. - Share governance data, testing metrics, and status reports to facilitate decision-making. - Provide training on standardized best practices to testers and contribute to competency assessments. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Graduate Degree. - Proficiency in developing automation using Selenium, Java, and Cucumber. - Sound understanding of TDD, BDD, and Shift Left testing concepts. - Demonstrated ability to mentor team members, troubleshoot errors, and communicate effective automated test solutions using MS Office for analysis and reporting.
