Job Description
Play a key role in shaping next-generation testing through automation and AI. You will lead transformation efforts to build intelligent testing ecosystems and drive innovation across global Digital Document Services operations.
Job Summary
As a Testing & Evaluation Analyst Lead in Digital Document Services, you will define and deliver modernized testing strategies focused on automation and AI-enabled solutions. You will lead testing execution, partner with global stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in quality through innovative and scalable testing practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of automated and AI-driven testing strategies
- Drive adoption of modern testing tools, frameworks, and practices
- Define testing standards, governance, and best practices
- Guide teams in implementing automation and AI-based testing approaches
- Partner with stakeholders to align testing strategy with business objectives
- Continuously improve testing maturity through innovation and data-driven insights
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Strong experience leading automated testing initiatives
- Knowledge of AI-driven testing techniques and tools
- Experience designing scalable testing frameworks
- Leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Background in financial services or regulated environments
