VP - Infrastructure Support - Data Analyst, Data Science

Key Responsibilities: - Utilize strong analytical and critical thinking skills to develop and present conclusions and potential solutions - Facilitate communication among stakeholders to prioritize work effectively and meet business objectives - Validate data accuracy and assist in report preparation - Drive process improvement through continuous review and collaboration with partner departments - Provide analysis of current programs, diagnose performance issues, and design solutions - Drive the risk and control agenda within the team Qualifications Required: - 8 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, and data visualization - Proficiency in big data transformation and wrangling tools such as Alteryx, Python, Trifacta, Spark, Scala, etc. - Experience with reporting and end-user business intelligence tools like Tableau, QlikView, Service Now, Business Objects, and Cognos - Knowledge of version control tools and processes (e.g., Subversion, Git Bitbucket) - Strong PC skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel - Familiarity with analytical techniques such as regression, decision trees, and segmentation techniques - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively while adapting to changing business priorities - Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Educational background in Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline, with a Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience or a Master's degree and 10 years of experience At J.P.
