As a member of the Network Rapid Response Team at JPMorgan Chase & Co., you will be part of a team of highly motivated individuals, working on production incidents, problems, change management, internal and external communications, lifecycle management, and product evolution. Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in creating innovative solutions and collaborating with customers to address critical business challenges. Your work will be essential in supporting diverse and critical businesses within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize strong analytical and critical thinking skills to develop and present conclusions and potential solutions - Facilitate communication among stakeholders to prioritize work effectively and meet business objectives - Validate data accuracy and assist in report preparation - Drive process improvement through continuous review and collaboration with partner departments - Provide analysis of current programs, diagnose performance issues, and design solutions - Drive the risk and control agenda within the team Qualifications Required: - 8 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, and data visualization - Proficiency in big data transformation and wrangling tools such as Alteryx, Python, Trifacta, Spark, Scala, etc. - Experience with reporting and end-user business intelligence tools like Tableau, QlikView, Service Now, Business Objects, and Cognos - Knowledge of version control tools and processes (e.g., Subversion, Git Bitbucket) - Strong PC skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel - Familiarity with analytical techniques such as regression, decision trees, and segmentation techniques - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively while adapting to changing business priorities - Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Educational background in Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline, with a Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience or a Master's degree and 10 years of experience At J.P.
