Software QA Engineer

Dear Candidate, The JS TechAlliance is seeking an Expert Software Testing/QA Engineer with strong skills in Mobile App Testing using Manual & Automation tools. As a QA Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to enhance content, improve the product, and maintain quality throughout the production release sprints. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and manage test plans and create test cases based on user stories - Identify and promote test process automation opportunities - Play a key role in an efficient agile team by conducting testing and validation within two-week sprint intervals - Assist development in issue analysis/debugging and preparing test environments as required Qualifications Required: - BA/BS in computer engineering or related field preferred - Training in Software Testing - Proficiency in manual & automation tools Experience: - 6 months to 1 year of software testing experience - Familiarity with Test Automation Tools - Strong knowledge of the software testing lifecycle (STLC) and relevant process tools - Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Experience with Jira, Jmeter, and git - Experience working with remote teams - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality - Experience in agile environments - Proficient in Black Box Testing, Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing - Ability to identify defects and collaborate with development teams for resolution - Understanding of Defect Priority and Severity - Strong communication, analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills - Ability to anticipate issues and develop remedial actions - Sound interpersonal and teamwork skills If you are interested in this position, please send your updated resume to shivani.jstech@gmail.com or contact us at 0731-4049100.
