Responsibilities Salesforce Development:Develop and implement customized Salesforce solutions.Build and modify Salesforce objects, workflows, and automation tools."Looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 2-3 years of experience in designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce solutions. Must have expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential.Integration:Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party tools.Use APIs to ensure seamless data flow between systems.Collaboration:Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.Create and present detailed technical documentation. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven Salesforce Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in Salesforce development or administration. Technical Skills:Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder and Flow.Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft, REST/SOAP APIs).Other Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Preferred SkillsExperience working in Agile environments.Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.4-5 years of experience in Salesforce development or architecture.Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.Ability to develop and manage complex Salesforce solutions and integrations.Experience with SQL and database management.Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools and version control systems.Understanding of CRM systems and business processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Experience with Agile development practices.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and effectively .
