In this role, you'll work directly with US and international clients, understand their business challenges, conduct product demonstrations, gather requirements, and ensure successful delivery of AI-powered AI solutions. You'll act as the bridge between clients and our engineering teamtranslating business needs into clear execution while delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do - Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients - Conduct engaging product demos and solution walkthroughs - Translate business requirements into clear user stories and development tasks - Coordinate closely with engineering, product, and design teams - Track project progress, timelines, follow-ups, and deliverables - Lead daily client status meetings and provide project updates - Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams - Use AI tools to improve productivity and streamline day-to-day work - Identify opportunities to improve our AI products based on customer feedback and real-world usage - Assist with solution documentation, testing, and deployment activities when required Success in This Role You'll be successful if Clients enjoy working with you and trust your recommendations Product demonstrations are transparent, engaging, and impactful Requirements are captured accurately with minimal ambiguity Projects move forward without communication gaps You proactively solve problems before they become issues What We're Looking For - Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory) - Outstanding communication and presentation skills - Confidence speaking with international clients - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent listening and requirement gathering skills - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Self-driven with a proactive mindset - Passion for AI, technology, and continuous learning Requirements - B.Tech degree (mandatory) - 03 years of experience - Exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - Strong command of spoken and written English - Immediate joiners preferred Nice to Have - Basic understanding of software development or APIs - Experience giving presentations or product demonstrations - Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or chatbots - Familiarity with Agile or product development methodologies Compensation 512 LPA (based on experience) Performance bonus based on ownership, delivery, and impact. Work Setup On-site role in Noida. As you'll be working directly with US clients, this role includes a daily one-hour client meeting (typically between 10:00 PM 12:00 AM IST) for project updates, requirement discussions, demos, and status reviews. Flexible work timings are provided to support the evening client meeting.
