About the role
Summary Were looking for a fresher/junior web developer to help us build and improve the web product for an AI-based application. Youll work closely with the core team to ship features, fix bugs, and make the UI feel clean and smooth. If youve built even 12 solid projects (college/hackathon/internship) and youre comfortable learning fast, youll do well here. Responsibilities Build and improve web pages (dashboard, upload pages, admin tools, etc.) Turn Figma designs into responsive UI that looks polished Connect the frontend to backend APIs (auth, data, uploads, results, etc.) Handle basic edge cases properly (bad inputs, empty states, failures) Fix bugs quickly and write changes in a way that doesnt break other parts Keep code organized (reusable components, clean structure) Use Git properly (branches, PRs, reviews) Write short documentation when needed (setup steps, what you changed, anything tricky) Requirements Comfortable with HTML, CSS, JavaScript Some experience with React (or you can pick it up quickly) Understands how to work with APIs (fetching data, handling errors, loading states) Has worked on at least one AI/ML-related project or feature (even a small one is fine) Basic Git knowledge and willingness to work in a PR workflow Good attitude: takes ownership, communicates clearly, and doesnt disappear mid-task AI Experience (what counts) Any of these is enough: Built a small ML project (classification / NLP / recommender / etc.) Used OpenAI / HuggingFace / LangChain in a project Displayed model outputs on a UI (labels, scores, summaries, etc.) Understands basic terms like accuracy, precision/recall, training vs inference Nice to Have TailwindCSS / Bootstrap TypeScript basics Flask/FastAPI familiarity Basic database knowledge (Postgres/Supabase/Firebase) Good UI sense (spacing, typography, responsiveness) Some deployment exposure (Vercel/Render/Docker) What Success Looks Like UI looks clean and works well on both laptop and mobile screens API integrations are reliable and dont feel janky Bugs get fixed properly (not just quick hacks) Code stays readable as the product grows Youre shipping improvements consistently every week Work Setup Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Compensation: 16,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month Advantages: - Life insurance - Paid sick time - Paid time off - Provident Fund Work Location: In person Summary Were looking for a fresher/junior web developer to help us build and improve the web product for an AI-based application.
