About the role
As a Sr. Manager / Manager IT Information Security at NOIDA, your role involves leading and governing enterprise security operations across various domains such as SOC, endpoint, infrastructure & web, vulnerability & remediation, email security, and PAM. You will be responsible for key activities such as working on PAM / EDRXDR/SEIM/SOAR, owning risk decisions and security standards, managing vendor relationships, designing detection rules and incident response workflows, driving security projects, ensuring resilience of cyber security framework, reporting security posture, and managing direct reports. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and govern enterprise security operations across various domains - Work on PAM / EDRXDR/SEIM/SOAR - Own risk decisions, control definitions, and security standards - Manage MSSP/thirdparty vendor relationships and govern SLAs - Design and implement detection rules, escalation procedures, and incident response workflows - Drive security projects from conception through execution - Explore new ideas to ensure resilience of cyber security framework - Report security posture and metrics to CISO and boardlevel stakeholders - Manage direct reports and coordinate with infrastructure and business teams Qualifications: - B Tech / Diploma IT/Electronics / CyberSecurity - Certification CIF / Cybersecurity In addition to the above role-specific responsibilities, as part of the position, you will need to have 10+ years of experience in the industry, specifically in Pharma / Manufacturing / GMP / OT. You should be able to work effectively in a matrix organization, demonstrate excellent people management skills, possess strong communication and negotiation abilities, and have an analytical mindset.
