Find out more about us at www.jubilantingrevia.com The Position Organizatio n : - Jubilant Ingrevia Limited Designation & Leve l : - Senior Manager – Design, Technology & Technical services Location : - Gajraula Job Summary This Role is for site lead (Gajraula) for Design, Technology & Technical services for safety, environment, infra projects and process engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities CAPEX estimation for projects related to Business, BE, safety, Environment and infra. Basic and Detail engineering documentation – H&M balance, PFD, P&ID, Layout, GAD etc. Process Safety studies / PHA – Hazop, Job risk assessment, HIRA etc. Process & Equipment Design – Distillation column, Plug flow reactors, FBR, Extraction columns. Site Zero liquid discharge, Effluent reduction, water saving initiatives. Process document control and updation - P&ID , PFD, H&M balance. Site lead for technical change control approval, review and approve technical changes. Support Plant team in process troubleshooting and problem solving through process engineering and design solutions. Process engineering calculations – Piping hydraulic, heat transfer area , safety valve design & selection, control valve sizing and selection, pump selection and head calculation. Basic knowledge and hands on experience in process simulation software – Aspen plus/Hysys. Continuous process new product development and technology transfer support. The Person Educational Background & Experience B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 13-15 years of experience. Preferably 2-3 years of initial experience in production.
