QA Testing Intern

About the RoleThis opportunity is for a QA Intern who is attentive to detail and interested in improving software quality and user experience. You will partner with Product, Development, and Design teams to validate applications, surface defects, and support the delivery of dependable products. The internship offers practical exposure to the full testing cycle, including planning tests, running them, logging defects, and following quality assurance best practices. Key ResponsibilitiesReview product requirements and convert them into practical test scenarios and test cases.Carry out manual testing across web and mobile products.Find, record, and monitor defects through bug tracking tools.Recheck fixes and perform regression testing before releases.Work with Product Managers and Developers to help resolve issues quickly.Run functional, usability, and compatibility checks.Support the upkeep of test records and QA documentation.Help refine testing workflows and improve product quality over time.Internship DetailsThis is a 6-month full-time, in-office internship based in Chandigarh, India, with location coverage including Chandigarh, Kharar, Rajpura, Mohali, Zirakpur, and Panchkula. The internship starts immediately. The application deadline is 23 July 2026 at 11:59 PM. EligibilityApplicants must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship, start between 23 June 2026 and 28 July 2026, and remain available for the full 6-month duration. Candidates should also bring relevant skills and genuine interest in QA/testing. ResponsibilitiesTranslate product requirements into actionable test cases and scenarios.Test web and mobile applications manually to check functionality and quality.Log, organize, and follow up on defects using issue-tracking tools.Confirm bug fixes and run regression checks before product release.Coordinate with Product and Development teams to speed up issue resolution.Perform checks for usability, functionality, and compatibility.Maintain test artifacts, records, and QA reports.Support continuous improvements in testing methods and product quality. RequirementsMust be available for a full-time, on-site internship.Should be able to start within the specified joining window and commit for 6 months.Need relevant skills and a clear interest in software testing.Should be comfortable working with manual testing concepts and defect tracking.
