About the rol eWe're looking for a Technical Lead to join our Platform team. The Platform team builds and maintains foundational services like Identity and Access management, authorization, Search, and API infrastructure, while also developing tools, frameworks, and enhancements to improve the developer experience across the entire software development lifecycle . What you'll doWork with engineers, designers, and product managers to turn our product and technical vision into cod e.Advocate for and implement modern architectural pattern s.Extend existing functionality to handle our rapidly increasing scal e.Monitor and optimize database queries to increase performanc e.Create internal tools to support other engineers and other departments, to make their jobs more efficien t.Produce high-quality, thoroughly tested code and perform code reviews for colleague s.Provide guidance, documentation, and support to product teams using the platfor m.Use observability tools to measure and enhance frontend application performance and reliabilit y.Work closely with product engineers to align on platform improvement s.
