" Cybersecurity SME u2013 Technology (IT & OT) Location: Hyderabad, India Reporting To: Head of Cybersecurity Position Overview Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cybersecurity technology controls across enterprise IT and OT environments. The role focuses on security operations, risk reduction, technology optimisation, and alignment with security policies and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage cybersecurity controls across endpoint, network, identity, cloud, and data security domains. Implement and optimise security technologies including: EDR/XDR DLP IAM/Active Directory Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, Secure Web Gateway SIEM/SOAR platforms VAPT and vulnerability management tools Support security monitoring, incident response, investigations, and root cause analysis. Drive SIEM use cases, log monitoring, alert tuning, and SOC improvements. Perform security assessments, vulnerability remediation tracking, and audit support. Assist in security architecture reviews and integration of security controls into applications, cloud, and infrastructure. Qualifications & Experience Bacheloru2019s/Masteru2019s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or related field. 6u20138+ years of hands-on cybersecurity technology experience. Strong knowledge of endpoint, network, identity, data security, SIEM/SOAR, and vulnerability management. Experience working with SOC, infrastructure, application, and governance teams. Technical Skills EDR/XDR platforms (Microsoft Defender, SentinelOne, or similar) Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, Secure Web Gateway IAM, MFA, PAM, Active Directory DLP, encryption, data classification SIEM, SOAR, SOC operations Cloud security and vulnerability management Preferred Certifications CEH, Security+, CySA+ Microsoft Security, Zscaler, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or SIEM/SOAR certifications Key Competencies Strong technical problem-solving skills**** Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
