About the role
Role & responsibilities Supervise the installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) mechanical equipment. Oversee the installation and maintenance of pumps, motors, valves, pipelines, blowers, filters, and associated mechanical systems. Coordinate with civil, electrical, instrumentation, and SCADA teams during project execution. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Prepare daily progress reports, maintenance records, and equipment inspection reports. Identify mechanical issues and implement timely corrective actions. Requirements Preferred candidate profile Experience in Government Water Supply or Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) projects. Knowledge of mechanical installation standards and quality control procedures. Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams.
