About the role
We Are Hiring NPD departmentWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our NPD team in the automotive rubber molding industry. Location: Vayalur, Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu Experience: 23 Years Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile) Industry Preference: Automotive Components / Rubber Molding / Manufacturing Immediate Joiners PreferredKey Responsibiliti es:-New Prod uct Devel opment activities from customer enquiry to mass production.-APQP, PPAP, DFMEA , PFMEA and related documentation.-Coordination with customers, suppliers and internal departments.-Support trial bui lds, validation and production launch activities, development follow-ups.-Preparation and m aintenance of development-related documents.Preferred Skil rong>ls: Knowledge of APQP & PPAP. Basic understanding of automotive quality requirements and ability to study engineering drawings. Good communication and coordination skills.
