The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and technical support of RFID-enabled Library Management Systems at client locations. Key Responsibilities Install and configure RFID-enabled Library Management Systems. Handle hardware setup, software installation, and system configuration. Support tagging, cataloguing, data entry, and system integration activities. Provide technical support through remote access, ticketing systems, and onsite visits. Troubleshoot hardware, networking, and system-related issues. Conduct basic training sessions for clients and end users. Maintain service reports, documentation, and support records. Coordinate AMC support, follow-ups, and hardware upgrades. Ensure smooth client coordination and technical support services. Required Skills Experience in RFID installation support, CCTV installation, printer support, computer hardware, networking, or IT support. Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and networking. Ability to handle onsite installation and client support activities. Positive communication and coordination skills. Willingness to travel for client visits when required. .
