What you’ll be doing We’re looking for a highly communicative Business Analyst with strong SDLC experience and exposure to e-commerce projects (preferred). This role partners closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver impactful software solutions across multiple industries. What You’ll Do Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements Translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications Support the full project lifecycle within Agile teams Analyze existing systems and recommend process improvements Collaborate with remote development teams, IT, and business users What we’re looking for 3+ years of Business Analysis experience in software development (US experience) E-commerce project exposure is a plus Strong communication and stakeholder facilitation skills Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Business, IT, or a related field Employment Details This is a full-time, permanent salaried position with a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical and dental insurance 401(k) retirement plan Long-term disability coverage Paid vacation and PTO Paid holidays Eligibility Applicants must be U.S. citizens or individuals legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
