Technical Consultant( Linux Platform & Virtualization)

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant Linux Platform & Virtualization to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Linux/UNIX administration, virtualization technologies, and enterprise infrastructure. The role requires a hands-on technical expert capable of designing, implementing, and supporting complex virtualization solutions while driving architectural decisions in enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Linux/UNIX servers in enterprise environments. Design, deploy, and manage KVM Virtualization and VMware (ESXi & vCenter) environments. Provide architecture consulting and recommend scalable virtualization solutions. Manage enterprise infrastructure, including compute, networking, storage, and virtualization platforms. Perform system installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning. Monitor infrastructure health and proactively resolve system issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure and virtualization projects. Ensure high availability, security, backup, and disaster recovery for virtual environments. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and storage-related issues. Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation plans. Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills Strong experience in Linux/UNIX Administration . Hands-on expertise in KVM Virtualization . Strong knowledge of VMware ESXi and vCenter . Good understanding of Networking, Storage, and Infrastructure Security . Experience in Enterprise Infrastructure and virtualization platforms. Ability to design and deliver architecture and infrastructure solutions. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Candidate Profile Minimum 8 years of experience in Linux administration and virtualization technologies. Proven experience working in enterprise IT infrastructure environments. Strong expertise in VMware, KVM, networking, storage, and virtualization architecture. Experience in solution consulting and end-to-end infrastructure delivery. Candidates available to join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.
