Senior Frontend Developer - React.js

Role Overview :We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Tailwind, with a proven track record of building responsive, scalable, and userfriendly web applications. This role requires technical leadership, attention to detail, and collaboration with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality digital experiences.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Tailwind.- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.- Implement reusable components and ensure consistency across projects.- Stay updated with modern frontend frameworks, tools, and best practices.- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical decision making.- Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues to ensure smooth functionality.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Strong proficiency in React.js with 5 to 7 years of frontend development experience.- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS.- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frontend workflows.- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API).- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.- Knowledge of responsive design, cross browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.- Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub).- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.Preferred Skills :- Exposure to TypeScript.- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite).- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
