Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. System Configuration and Customization: Ability to configure and customize the SAP OpenText VIM system to meet the specific needs of the organization, including setting up workflows and approval processes, IES/BCC/ICC, Document type configuration, Process Type Configuration, Logic Module Processing, Central Reporting, VIM role & template maintenance. Integration Skills: Experience in ensuring seamless integration of SAP OpenText VIM with other systems, working with technical teams to design and implement integration solutions. Testing and Validation: Proficiency in conducting thorough testing of the SAP OpenText VIM system, creating test plans, executing test cases, and documenting results. User Training and Support: Skills in providing training and support to end-users, creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and offering ongoing support. Documentation: Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes.
