Key Responsibilities: - Identify and extract relevant institutional, corporate, and decision-maker data from various online and offline sources. - Build and maintain high-quality structured databases for business development, partnerships, and recruitment initiatives. - Perform data mining, web scraping, and data enrichment to discover potential leads and market opportunities. - Research and compile target lists of colleges, universities, HR leaders, and decision-makers across different regions. - Collaborate closely with the sales and business development teams to provide accurate lead intelligence and prospect lists. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and regularly update the database. - Develop data frameworks and processes to enhance data acquisition efficiency. - Analyze datasets to identify patterns, trends, and potential market opportunities. - Support strategic initiatives by generating insightful reports and dashboards. Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field. - 3-6 years of experience in data mining, data research, or lead intelligence roles. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform raw data into business insights. - Experience working with large datasets and structured databases. - High attention to detail and strong data validation capabilities.
