Role Title Lead Applications (Web & Mobile) Role Summary Lead end-to-end application development (web & mobile) across business functionsOwn architecture, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of applicationsManage and mentor a team of developers (frontend, backend, mobile)Drive adoption of modern full-stack technologies (React Native, Java, etc.) Key Responsibilities 1. Application Development & Delivery Lead design and development of scalable web and mobile applicationsEnsure high-quality code, performance, and security standardsOversee end-to-end SDLC (design development testing deployment)Manage releases, versioning, and production support2. Technical Leadership Define application architecture (microservices, APIs, cloud-native)Make technology choices and enforce best practicesDrive use of modern frameworks (React Native, Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, etc.)Ensure system scalability, reliability, and maintainability3. Team Management Lead and mentor a team of developers and tech leadsAllocate work, track progress, and ensure timely deliveryBuild capability in full-stack development and emerging technologiesConduct code reviews and enforce engineering discipline4. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with business teams, product managers, and UX teamsTranslate business requirements into technical solutionsEnsure alignment with digital and enterprise architecture roadmap5. DevOps & Quality Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesEnsure automated testing (unit, integration, UI)Monitor application performance and resolve production issues6. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Drive adoption of new technologies (AI/ML integrations, GenAI where relevant)Optimize development processes (Agile, Scrum)Improve developer productivity and delivery speed Required Skills & Experience Experience 810 years in application developmentProven experience leading development teams (515 members)Experience delivering enterprise-grade web and mobile applicationsTechnical Skills Strong full-stack expertise:Frontend: React, Angular, or similarMobile: React Native (preferred) / Flutter / nativeBackend: Java (Spring Boot), Node.jsAPI design (REST, GraphQL)Database knowledge (SQL + NoSQL)Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes good to have)Leadership Skills Strong team management and mentoring abilityProblem-solving and decision-makingAbility to balance speed with quality Preferred Qualifications Experience in large-scale digital transformation programsExposure to AI/ML or GenAI integration in applicationsExperience in B2B / dealer / sales platforms Success Metrics (KPIs) On-time delivery of applicationsApplication performance & uptimeCode quality and defect ratesTeam productivity and retentionAdoption of modern architecture and technologies .
