About the Role This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supersonic Propulsion Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for designing and optimizing propulsion systems, conducting performance analyses, and collaborating cross-functionally with other engineering teams. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and testing innovative propulsion solutions, ensuring integration into systems architecture, troubleshooting technical challenges, and contributing to rigorous quality assurance processes to meet mission-critical needs. Bachelor's or advanced degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Required Skills Expertise in Propulsion and Propulsion Systems design and optimization Strong background in Systems Engineering and Aerospace Engineering Highly developed Analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with high-speed aerodynamics and thermodynamics principles is a plus Proficiency in simulation and computational tools relevant to propulsion system design Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment Experience in hypersonic or supersonic vehicle projects is highly desirable Pay range and compensation package Rs.12 LPA to Rs.24 LPA Accommodation and Fooding provided by Company Work in advanced hands-on projects concerning national security Equal Opportunity Statement Kalam Labs is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
