Civil Site Engineer

Manage and execute construction for hydroponic farm setups across project sites. About the Role We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer / Contractor to manage and execute construction activities for our hydroponic farm setups. The role involves working across multiple project sites and ensuring smooth execution from pre-construction to completion. What Youll Do Handle site execution for hydroponic infrastructure projects Manage pre-site planning and preparation Supervise civil construction activities (foundations, structures, layouts) Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams Ensure timely project completion and quality standards Handle multiple sites simultaneously Provide on-site problem solving and technical direction What Were Looking For Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering 2 3 years of site experience (mandatory) Strong knowledge of construction practices and site management Willingness to travel frequently Ability to handle multiple projects independently Good communication and coordination skills Nice to Have Experience in agriculture infrastructure, greenhouse, or hydroponics projects Exposure to project management and vendor handling Role Details Employment Type: Full-time Location: Kamareddy, Telangana Experience: 2-3 years
