Data/SQL Analyst

As a Tableau Developer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations based on business requirements. You will work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into effective visual solutions. Additionally, you will optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability, create data extracts, calculations, and parameters to support dynamic reporting, and integrate Tableau with various data sources such as SQL, Excel, and cloud databases. Your role will also involve ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all dashboards and reports, participating in data validation and testing activities, and documenting technical processes, data models, and dashboard functionalities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field. - 24 years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server. - Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases. - Experience working with large datasets and complex data models. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have: - Experience with another BI tool Power BI. - Knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, Fabric, or Snowflake. - Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP and their data ecosystem.
