What youll do Leading requirement-gathering and digital transformation consulting sessions with clients Driving process analysis and documentation Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Collaborating closely with development teams Preparing solution documentation, KPIs, and functional specifications Collaborating with Presales and sales for proposal building and demos. Building case studies and use cases etc., in line with annual strategic and sales initiatives. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Experience in UAT testing. Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. What youll bring A bachelors degree in B. Tech or B. Tech and MBA (preferred) 3-5 years of experience in business analysis. Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive. Ability to work independently and with others. Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
