Senior React Native Developer Experience: 4+ Years (React Native) Industry Preference: Fintech (Preferred) About the Role We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior React Native Developer who can build scalable, high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. Key Responsibilities Define and implement scalable mobile application architecture and coding standards.Develop robust integrations using GraphQL and REST APIs (Axios).Implement efficient state management solutions for complex mobile applications.Build and maintain offline-first capabilities with seamless online/offline synchronization.Optimise application performance, reliability, and user experience.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality features.Continuously enhance existing products with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers when required. Required Skills & Experience Strong experience in React Native development.Hands-on experience with GraphQL and Axios for API integration.Deep understanding of React Native State Management (Redux, Zustand, Context API, MobX, etc.).Experience implementing offline and online synchronization strategies.Strong knowledge of mobile application architecture patterns and scalable code design.Experience building and maintaining large-scale production applications.Ability to write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on smart and efficient solutions.Experience with Git and modern development workflows.Experience working in the Fintech domain.Understanding of security best practices for mobile applications.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and app deployment processes.Knowledge of performance monitoring and analytics tools.Someone who thinks beyond feature development and focuses on long-term product scalability.A developer who can take ownership of technical architecture and product enhancements.A smart problem solver who prioritizes efficient, maintainable, and scalable solutions over quick fixes.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
