As a Designer Trainee at Kantaflex Pvt. Ltd., you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to various aspects of engineering design and product development. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Prepare engineering drawings and layouts using AutoCAD. - Perform strength of materials and engineering calculations. - Assist in design validation and product development activities. - Prepare detailed technical drawings and design documentation. - Support load calculations and engineering analysis activities. - Coordinate with production and quality teams for design implementation. - Review engineering drawings and technical specifications. - Maintain design records, revisions, and documentation. - Participate in product improvement initiatives. - Ensure compliance with engineering standards and best practices. To excel in this role, you are required to have: Education: - M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related disciplines. (Freshers only) Technical Skills: - Knowledge of Strength of Materials. - Proficiency in AutoCAD. - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. - Good understanding of engineering fundamentals. Behavioral Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Attention to detail. - Learning orientation and adaptability. - Teamwork and collaboration.
