Job Details Job Title: Lead Engineer – .Net (Data Strategy & Engineering) Location: Bangalore About Kantar Kantar is the world’s leading data, insights and consulting company. Our Analytics practice delivers solutions across Brand & Marketing ROI, Brand Strategy, Innovation, Content Analytics, Data Strategy & Engineering, and Customer Analytics, enabling smarter business decisions through advanced data and technology. Role Overview We are hiring a Lead Engineer – .Net to drive development and delivery within the Data Strategy & Engineering team. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable software platforms/products using Microsoft technologies and NoSQL solutions (ElasticSearch preferred). Analyse business and technical problems and deliver effective solutions independently. [ Participate in full product lifecycle: requirements, development, deployment, and documentation. Ensure code quality through reviews, testing alignment, and best practices. Leadership & Technical Skills Mentor and coach team members; drive code reviews and engineering best practices. Collaborate with Product, QA, UX and cross-functional teams for timely delivery. [ Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban), CI/CD and release management. Hands-on experience in .NET Core (6+), C#, ASP.NET, Angular (16+), HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Experience with Elasticsearch / NoSQL (Logstash, Kibana preferred). Strong SQL Server skills (queries, stored procedures) with exposure to MySQL. Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Qualification BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech/MS in Computer Science or equivalent. 5–7 years of hands-on software development experience.
