LEAD NETWORK ENGINEER

As a Lead Network Engineer or Senior Network Engineer at Saira Client, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's complex network infrastructure in Hyderabad, India. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, implementation, and optimization of large-scale enterprise network architectures - Developing and maintaining network security protocols, including firewall configurations and VPN technologies - Managing routing and switching technologies to ensure efficient data flow across the network - Implementing and maintaining cloud networking solutions using platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP - Conducting regular network performance assessments and implementing optimization strategies - Troubleshooting complex network issues and providing timely resolutions - Developing and maintaining network documentation, including diagrams, policies, and procedures - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align network capabilities with business objectives - Mentoring and guiding junior network engineers, fostering their professional growth - Staying current with emerging network technologies and industry best practices - Leading network-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on enterprise-level networks - CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification required; CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) preferred - Extensive knowledge of network design, implementation, and troubleshooting - Strong expertise in routing and switching technologies, firewall configuration, and VPN solutions - Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools - Experience with cloud networking platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP - Solid understanding of network security best practices and protocols - Proficiency in automation and scripting languages, particularly Python and Ansible - Excellent project management skills, including the ability to lead complex network initiatives - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring junior team members (for Lead role) - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities Your application will be handled in accordance with EEO guidelines to ensure the confidentiality of your information.
