About the role
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Computer Hardware & Network Support Engineer (2+ Years Experience). The role involves handling on-site and remote technical support for IT hardware and networking systems. The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer systems, network devices, and related IT infrastructure. The role also includes customer support, AMC service handling, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations for clients. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in computer hardware and basic networking setup.Strong knowledge of OS installation, driver configuration, and system-level troubleshooting.Experience in handling on-site support, field visits, and client issue resolution.Good understanding of Network and WIFI configurations.Experience in AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) support and remote troubleshooting.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.Good communication and client-handling skills.
